Prenatal Visits During Pregnancy
In an initial consultation, we have the opportunity to tailor your care individually to your wishes and to develop your care plan for the pregnancy together. Your preferences will guide the plan.
During the pregnancy, we will monitor your baby’s growth, the changes in your body, and the organizational steps that lie ahead. At the appointments, we will listen to your baby’s heartbeat, document their growth by measuring and palpating the abdomen, and check your values such as blood pressure, pulse, and urine status.
From the estimated due date, I will provide you with tips on how to naturally induce labor.
There will always be time for questions and concerns. For example, on topics such as prenatal diagnostics, birth methods, and infant care.

Birth Preparation
A private birth preparation course offers you an individual and comprehensive preparation. Unlike group classes, this course specifically addresses your personal needs and questions. As your midwife, I will provide you with targeted knowledge and techniques essential for a self-determined and relaxed birth. With flexible scheduling and a familiar atmosphere, you can optimally prepare for the upcoming birth. In the course, we will discuss topics including:

- How your partner can support you

Acupuncture
As a certified acupuncturist, I support your pregnancy and postpartum period with acupuncture. For issues such as pregnancy nausea, heartburn, edema, carpal tunnel syndrome, sore nipples, milk stasis, back pain, and more, I achieve sustainable relief through acupuncture.
Acupuncture is a 5,000-year-old, entirely natural method for regulating and treating various pregnancy-related ailments. It is used in birth preparation to make the tissues more pliable for delivery, strengthen the uterus, fortify the mother overall, and ultimately promote effective contractions. Studies have shown that women who use acupuncture during preparation tend to have shorter and faster labors.
